General Information
A mandatory Captain's Meeting is set at 7pm at Jesse Oaks in the Leinie’s Lodge for Thursday, September 10th, 2015

All registration fees must be paid in full at time of registration
Please keep in mind, in the end, the main emphasis of all of the leagues is to have fun!
- Earliest game starts at 6:20 pm and depending on league size the latest game will be 9:40 pm
- Sunday Leagues will start at 5pm
- Each match consists of 3 (rally scoring) games to 21 runs approximately 50 minutes.
- All teams will make playoffs
- Official Jesse Oaks volleyball rules apply
- All games will be officiated by referees
- All Recreational/ Super Recreational teams with a .850 or higher winning % and/or higher skill levels are subject to being moved to the next level up
- Extra Early Discount $75 expires 7/31/15
- Excludes outdoor leagues
- Early registration $50 discount expires 8/14/15
- Excludes outdoor leagues
- Outdoor Leagues are $25 until 8/14/15
Payout Structure
League and tournament Champ receive $150 Gift certificate and T-shirt (win both get a sweatshirt)
League 2nd place and tournament runner up receive $50 gift certificate
Cash league 75% league fee to tournament champ and $100 gift certificate to League champ
Teams are responsible for obtaining T-Shirt Order Form and Gift Certificates from the Leinie’s Lodge after the league has concluded

In the event a team requests the registration fee to be refunded prior to the December 1, 2014 for whatever reason, that team is subject to a cancellation fee of $100 to be subtracted from the refunded registration fee. After December 1, 2014 all registration fees are non-refundable.
